CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: All reservations are held to 7 PM with Check-in between 3 PM to 9 PM, Check-out before 10:00 AM. Please call before 6PM to notify of late arrival (between 7PM and 9PM) and make sure the Front Desk Clerk pulls your reservation before it is automatically cancelled at 7PM. This will assure you that the reservation will stay valid until your arrival. All reservations are subject: to failure of guest to vacate, to other conditions, acts of God and Nature or those beyond control.

 

GUEST CONFIRMATION: The exact number of adults and children that will be staying in your room must be firm and will be considered firm 1 week (7 Nights) prior to your arrival. Only those individuals accounted for while placing the reservation or confirmed prior to 1 week of arrival are permitted in your room, pool area, parking area on the steps/decks/walkways. We can not make changes to your reservation or answer billing questions on or after the arrival date. These matters must be settled and firm 1 week prior to arrival. Misrepresentation voids reservation. You will be requested to leave with no refund or if the number of people does not exceed the maximum for that room, you will be required to pay an additional $30 per person per day or night for each day or night of your reservation, Sea Scape Inn's Discretion. Management reserves the right to enter rooms to verify registered occupancy.All guest and visitors must be registered at the office before entering the Sea Scape Inn.

 

VISTORS: are permitted for a short visit during Office Hours. Anybody who is not present at registration must sign in and out, for each visit, at the Front Desk. Misrepresentation voids reservation. You will be requested to either leave with no refund or, if the number of people in the room does not exceed the maximum for that room, you will be required to pay an additional $30 per person per day or night for each day or night of your reservation, Sea Scape's Inn's discretion. Visitors in swimwear are not permitted. Management reserves the right to enter rooms to verify registered occupancy.

 

RATES: Rates on the Rate Chart are subject to change, and are for advance reservations. The quote for each room TYPE includes a set number of guests. There is a Maximum regarding the number of guest in the room (see rate chart). The charge for each additional adult is $15, Children $10.00 each night. Anyone under 10 years of age is considered a child. Children under the age of 4 are free.

 

All Rates & Specials are cash discounted and only apply to cash, money order or travelers checks. Credit card payments do not qualify for a cash discount. Specials are not valid with credit card payments and cannot be combined with other discounts.

 

DEPOSIT: 1/2 total cost or 1 night's deposit, whichever is greater, applies to last day/s of reservation. Deposit must be received within 7 days after placing reservation. Deposit can be paid by Money Order, Travelers Check or Cashiers Check. Deposit by a Personal Check if mailed no less than 5 weeks prior to your arrival date. An additional Security Deposit of $100 Cash will be collected and returned at departure.

 

REFUND POLICY: Our season is short and revolves around the sun. We are sorry to say...absolutely no refunds!

 

Due to the demand for rooms in our seasonal business we must ask you to honor your reservations.

 

Please carefully note that there is a service fee for cancellations. The service fee is equal to 25% of the total reservation. No refunds for early departure.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation can only be honored if we receive notification at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon notice, your deposit balance will be returned to you, less a service Fee of 25% of the total. Absolutely no cash refunds. Cancellations within 2 weeks receieve no refund.

 

CONDITIONS: All reservations are subject to confirmation and subject to failure of guest to vacate, and to other conditions and acts of nature beyond our control.

 

Crib Rentals and Cot Rentals, Bike Rentals, Bike Path, Restaurants and Beach are at your front door.

 

No refunds, No stereos or glass on decks/walkways or in pool area, No pets, No bicycles or beach accessories in the room or on the decks/walkways. Do not hang anything on the railings. There is free off-street parking, one per room. Pool and Beach Towels are NOT provided, please bring your own.

They are serious Inn Keepers and present a well maintained clean, bright and safe vacation destination. There are 25 rooms in a great location, some with beautiful views of the Ocean, and the rooms have been updated. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They keep the motel running smoothly and spotlessly clean. You will get to know each by departure time.

 

You can’t help but realize the difference - it is like Chris, Suzanne and the staff must feel that they are inviting you into their house, something they are proud of, something they prepared for you.

 

They have expectations and some rules but all are geared to assure the guest a clean, safe, healthy, relaxing and memorable vacation at the Sea Scape Inn. They want you to come back.
